Effimac is an engineering company of repute with an enviable reputation in the highly industrialized city of Ghaziabad, UP, where the technologically advanced infrastructure is known for its heavy and advanced mechanical equipment. In control, the promoter Mr. UK Garg, has 32 years of allied experience backed by his engineering degree from the world renowned IIT, Roorkee. With 20 years in the design and manufacture of related equipment, he also has put in 12 years in the production of high quality tubes and ancillary equipment.

Effimac is led by a team of highly qualified professionals who cater to the tube industry. Collectively, they handle the design, manufacture, erection and commissioning. The basic equipment designs are incorporated from the best in the world which are sourced from the global leaders of Germany, Japan and USA. Numerous Flying Cold Saws have been manufactured and supplied over the last 20 years, throughout India and abroad, Over the years, Effimac has continuously upgraded and modernized its methods, improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process.

With COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN programs AutoCAD and Solid Works, every component and mechanism is designed precisely to ensure that the equipment performs efficiently at site. We also focus on the principle of optimization in order to offer a cost effective solution to the client. We design the equipment according to the customer's specifications as per the requirements in each different country.

The Manufacturing Excellence
The implementation of the designs is performed by the highly experienced professionals getting the best materials and selecting the best manufacturing process. Every process is controlled by PPC to make sure all machines get ready according to specified schedules.
Installation
Effimac has a skilled team of erection technicians to supervise installation and commissioning at site and to ensure performance is according to the specifications. Proper guidance for preventive maintenance schedules, operational training as well as a spare parts list ensures the smooth, efficient running of the machinery.
